3:00 PM

The Ceremony

The wedding ceremony will take place on a charming patio overlooking the Rocky Mountains.

5:00 PM

Cocktail Hour

We’ll gather on the patio for drinks, canapés, and live music — with a scenic sunset mountain view.

6:00 PM

The Reception

Following cocktail hour, we’ll gather for dinner, dessert, and dancing in a Chinese-inspired celebration.

Following the ceremony, the venue requires a two-hour break to set up the reception, and all guests are asked to leave the venue during this window. It’s a great time to sightsee around Canmore or check in to your accommodations — see “Explore Canmore” below for ideas.

Getting to Canmore

Canmore is approximately a 1.5-hour drive from Calgary. Please plan your travel time accordingly to arrive at the wedding on time.

Accommodations

Local Airbnbs and hotels are available in the Canmore area if guests would like to stay the night.

Parking & Taxis

The venue is in a provincial park and requires a parking pass — the bride and groom will cover the day pass for all guests. If you’re driving, let us know so we can arrange your license plate details in advance.

Staying in Canmore and need a taxi back to your accommodations? Let us know that too.

Dress Code

Formal attire is required; Western or Chinese style is both welcome. Feel free to take the colour palette below as guidance, if you’d like.

Your presence is the greatest gift of all.

However, if you’d like to contribute to our new chapter together, we welcome gifts through a gift box at our reception. Red pockets will be provided at the gift box table if you’d prefer to gift cash.

Can I bring a plus one?

This is an intimate wedding with limited seating. Kindly note that only the named guests on your invitation are included.

What is the dress code?

Formal attire is required; Western or Chinese style is acceptable. Guests can follow the colour scheme of each event above as guidance, if they’d like.

What if it rains?

If there’s heavy precipitation on the day, the ceremony and cocktail hour will move to the indoor area of the venue.

What about parking and taxis?

The venue requires a parking pass, which we’ll cover for all guests — just let us know if you’re driving so we can arrange it, and let us know if you’ll need a taxi back to your accommodations in Canmore.
